If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of shipment from our warehouse. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security labels (if any), and packaging materials must be in perfect condition to avoid rejection of returned merchandise or replacement charges. All returned or exchanged items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To request an RMA number online, please go to the Return Request Form. Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. RMA numbers are valid for ten days.

 

  • Place the original package in a packing box. 
  • Include details of the purchase and the reason for the return. If it is defective, please specify the defect. 
  • Please do not put shipping stickers or labels on the original manufacturer’s packaging. 
  • · We suggest that you ship your item (s) via secure, traceable postage, such as DHL, Fedex. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 
  • If an order is shipping via ground shipping, the initial shipping fee incurred by our company to ship the merchandise will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

The corresponding shipping charges will be paid exclusively by the buyer, being the same unified for the entire country and in order to collect the product from the buyer’s address and deliver it to the branch indicated by the seller, with a charge of USD 9 for the case of return and for the case of product exchange (the return shipment is paid, as the original shipment of the product). SPECIAL ORDERS

Select items sold on our website may be considered a “special order” and subject to a limited return policy. A “special order” can be items that we do not have in our warehouse, items that we do not have on our website, that are a special order from our distributor, all orders that have a sale price equal to or greater than USD 60, the Return of these items / orders will have an 8% restocking fee or final sale policies unless otherwise agreed by our company staff by mail, fax or email.
